You will have multiple sessions with an expert coach to receive feedback on your assessment and guidance.
You will be matched with a Peer Mentor and participate in a Work Life Mapping session hosted by Richard Leider, the preeminent leader of the Purpose Movement.
You will meet and be inspired by presentations from our faculty of world-renowned thought and business leaders. Following these presentations you will engage in Learning Group discussions led by one of our 30 certified team facilitators and coaches.—stay connected to your group for life.
Facilitated networking activities such as facilitated Learning Groups, “Speed Intro Rounds” and elective “Shared Interest Discussion Groups” provide an opportunity to add to your network and learning community.
After three days of interactive presentations, coaching, peer mentoring, networking, and learning group dialogue, the participants meet and hear from Nando Parrado, rated as the # 1 speaker in the world, as he shares his leadership story of survival of Miracle in the Andes.

One-on-One Executive Coaching
Coaching at Leaders25 includes a one hour meeting onsite. The coaches work with participants to understand their assessment results, uncover opportunities for development, and put together a plan to achieve goals.
Learning Groups
Learning Groups are facilitator-led meetings of approximately 15 leaders who meet twice each day to discuss core learnings and business applications. Participants are assigned to groups based on their experience and responsibilities.
The Executive Forum
The Executive Forum is reserved for C-Suite executives (current and former) and is limited to a select number of top executives. The Executive Forum focuses on global issues and challenges.
Women Leaders Forum
The Women Leaders Forum is an L25 cohort for women leaders. Participants in this Forum will address key issues effecting women leaders from experts in the field and peers. A partial list of topics addressed include: Strategies for countering gender bias; Navigating structural barriers; Work life balance; Visibility management, Overcoming the ‘assertive vs accommodate’ trap; and Leveraging female networks.
The Talent Forum
The Talent Forum is an L25 cohort for key HR and talent management leaders. Participants will delve into today’s pressing talent issues with thought leaders and as a group through sharing best practices, learning, and innovations. Click here to register for more information about the Talent Forum.
Young Leaders Forum
The Young Leaders Forum is an L25 cohort for emerging leaders under the age of 35 years old. Participants in this Forum derive tremendous value from specific topics and issues effecting emerging leaders. Last year participants, benefited from insights from their generational peers and perspectives and strategies for intergenerational engagement as well.
Peer Mentoring
Peer Mentors help each other discover who they truly are, uncover what they really want, and determine where they want to go.
Peer mentoring creates a unique relationship between two professionals who are committed to the success of each other.
This deep and meaningful relationship develops new perspectives.
Individuals are empowered to find a deeper understanding through peer mentoring feedback.
